Privacy & availability requests

When you ask to be notified about Hydrostomy availability, we collect the email address you provide, and your name if you choose to enter one. We use this information to send a confirmation and potentially contact you about product availability.

Your signup is emailed to the Hydrostomy operator and may remain in the recipient's email account and the sending email service. We do not accept payment information through this form. Basic security logs may record IP addresses. We do not sell signup information.

To request removal of your signup, email arielperez1@gmail.com with the subject “Hydrostomy removal request.” We will remove information within our control. We cannot guarantee removal from independently retained mail-server logs or backups.

This site uses a short-lived session cookie for form security. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
